NOT MY NOTES: The master added footage from other videos at times where the camera focused on one character, so you could see the other character(s) simultaneously.

Elisabeth - Takarazuka Moon Troupe (Japan) - 2009 (Pro-shot’s master)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Nagina Ruumi (Elisabeth), Jun Sena (Der Tod), Ryuu Masaki (Luigi Lucheni), Hiromu Kiriya (Franz Joseph), Asumi Rio (Kronprinz Rudolf), Ai Shirosaki (Sophie)

Elisabeth - Netherlands - January 28, 2001

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maaike Widdershoven (Elisabeth), Addo Kruinzinga (Der Tod u/s), Jeroen Phaff (Franz Joseph), Antonie Kamerling (Luigi Lucheni u/s), Ron Barendts (Rudolf u/s)

Elisabeth - Vienna, Austria - 1993 (Highlights)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Pia Douwes, Thomas Borchert (u/s), Erick Minsk

NOTES: 20 minutes of highlights Thomas Borchert’s Der Tod. Generation loss on the visuals, with a blueish tint to everything, but the sound quality is mostly very good. (It hops on the struggle wagon for Mama, wo bist du.) Fantastic to see Thomas as a slick black-haired, booming voiced Death.

Elisabeth - Vienna, Austria - September 14, 1996

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maya Hakvoort, Christian Venzke (u/s), Matthias Kostya, Leon van Leeuwenberg, Thomas Harke, Isabel Weicken

Elisabeth - Vienna, Austria - April 4, 1998 (Pro-shot's master)

VOB (with smalls) + AVI

CAST: Maya Hakvoort (Elisabeth), Felix Martin (Der Tod), Thomas Borchert (Luigi Lucheni), Leon van Leeuwenberg (Franz Joseph), Thomas Harke (Kronprinz Rudolf), Else Ludwig (Sophie), Wolfgang Pampel (Max in Bayern), Susanne Altschul (Herzogin Ludovika), Susanne Altschul (Frau Wolf)

NOTES: Proshot featuring Felix Martin as Der Tod--the original Vienna Marius and original revival German Frollo. Beat THAT three-way resume.

Elisabeth - "Elisabeth Applause" Collection - Takarazuka Revue (1996-2000 Snow, Star, and Cosmos Troupes) - 2000 (DVD release)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Assorted regular and shinjin koen casts

NOTES: Collection of videos from the early Takarazuka performances of Elisabeth, including both frontline and shinjin koen casts from the Snow Troupe, Star Troupe, and Cosmos Troupe in the later 1990s

TAKARAZUKA, HUH?: Takarazuka Revue is an all-female Japanese theatre company (divided into troupes) and...way of theatre, I guess. Basically an entire theatrical culture, in which performers train from a special high school onwards, and features both translated Western musicals and Japanese originals, including plenty of manga-based shows. This is a HUGE deal in Japanese theatre, very awesome, and not very common in trading.

Elisabeth – Miskolc, Hungary – 1999-2001? (Pro-shot’s master)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Szilvia Nyári (Elisabeth), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Tamás Földes (Luigi Lucheni), Erik Molnár (Franz Joseph), Tamás Arany (Kronprinz Rudolf), Éva Komáromy (Sophie)

NOTES: Harder to find Hungarian pro-shot with Szilvia as Elisabeth! Gen loss on both video and audio, but not the worst. Date unsure--there's a 2000/2001 listing on Encora, but the previous trader and file name think 1999.

Elisabeth – Miskolc, Hungary –2001 (Pro-shot’s master)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Kata Janza (Elisabeth), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Tamás Földes (Luigi Lucheni), Attila Dolhai (Kronprinz Rudolf)

NOTES: Hard to find...and shouldn't be. This was advertised to me as "spiky-haired Maté," but let me tell you, this is like the Lord of Death wearing a crown of Christmas garland. You haven't seen Tod until you've seen Tinseltod. And emo eyeliner. It is THE BEST. (The video has some gen loss, but you can see what matters.)

Elisabeth - Essen - April 7, 2001

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Pia Douwes, Uwe Kröger, Carsten Lepper, Michael Shawn Lewis, Jesper Tydèn, Gabriele Ramm

NOTES: There are English subtitles available for this performance, but I don't have them, sorry.

Elisabeth - Essen - May 5, 2001

VOB (with smalls) - 2.29GB

CAST: Pia Douwes (Elisabeth), Uwe Kröger (Der Tod), Carsten Lepper (Luigi Lucheni), Michael Shawn Lewis (Franz Joseph), Jesper Tydèn (Kronprinz Rudolf)

Elisabeth - Scheveningen, Netherlands - July 22, 2001 (Closing night!) (House-cam’s master)

VOB (with smalls) - 2.49GB

CAST: Maaike Widdershoven (Elisabeth), Stanley Burleson (Der Tod), Danny de Munk (Luigi Lucheni), Jeroen Phaff (Franz Joseph), Addo Kruizinga (Kronprinz Rudolf)

NOTES: Closing night! Director’s tape; sound is from the soundboard

Elisabeth - Essen, Germany - August 11, 2001

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Annika Bruhns (u/s Elisabeth), Brady Swenson (u/s Der Tod), Carsten Lepper (Luigi Lucheni), Michael Shawn Lewis (Franz Joseph), Jesper Tydèn (Kronprinz Rudolf), Gabriele Ramm (Sophie)

Elisabeth – Takarazuka Flower Troupe – Tokyo, Japan – 2002-2003 cast (Closing night) (official DVD)

VOB (with smalls) – Traded at my discretion (says previous trader; please keep this note)

CAST: Haruno Sumire (Der Tod), Ootori Rei (Elisabeth)

Notes: Takarazuka Flower Troupe. Last Performance, DVD rip

Elisabeth - 10th Anniversary Concert - Vienna, Austria - 2002

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Pia Douwes, Uwe Kröger, Ethan Freeman, Thomas Borchert, Carsten Lepper, Maya Hakvoort, Maike Boerdam, Andreas Bieber, Jesper Tydén, Felix Martin, Stanley Burleson, Jeroen Phaff, Victor Gernot, Michael Shawn Lewis, Kata Janza, Szabó P. Szilveszter, Cecilie Nerfont, Maki Ichiro

NOT MY NOTES: Not a full performance of the show, but a majority of the show’s major numbers performed by various cast members over the years from different productions, AND in different languages. Very enjoyable video!

Elisabeth - Essen, Germany - January 13, 2002 (Proshot’s master)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Pia Douwes (Elisabeth), Uwe Kröger (Der Tod), Carsten Lepper (Luigi Lucheni), Michael Shawn Lewis (Franz Joseph), Jesper Tydèn (Kronprinz Rudolf), Gabriele Ramm (Sophie), Claus Dam (Max in Bayern), Annika Bruhns (Herzogin Ludovika)

NOTES: Pro-shot of Pia Douwes' last show in Essen. Includes curtain call and encore! Definitely one of the best Elisabeth videos out there for an introduction to the show. Pia is wonderful and Uwe is the classic quietly possessive, creepily erotic, androgynous Death.

Elisabeth - Essen, Germany - August 2002

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Kristin Hölck (Elisabeth), Uwe Kröger (Der Tod), Sascha Oskar Weis (Luigi Lucheni), André Bauer (Kaiser Franz Joseph), Lucius Wolter (Kronprinz Rudolf)

NOTES: Small frame size, but VOBs. There’s a good bit of generation loss that affects audio as well as visual, but it’s definitely watchable, especially to see some different cast members!

Elisabeth - 10th Year Celebration - Essen - September 3, 2002 (Highlights) (NOT the 10th Anniversary concert video)

VOB (with smalls) - 1.87GB

FEATURING: Maki Ichiro, Marlene van der Loo, Cesilie Nerfont, Kata Janza, Maike Boerdam

NOTES: Highlights

Elisabeth - Essen: Promo - 2003

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maike Boerdam, Martin Pasching, Andre Bauer

NOTES: Promo concert, in a church or chapel, featuring: Der letzte Tanz, Ich gehör nur mir, Elisabeth--mach auf, mein Engel, Wenn ich tanzen will, Boote in der Nacht, Der Schleier fällt! Decent quality, too, although there is some gen loss and the video is a little shaky sometimes.

Elisabeth - Essen, Germany - June 18, 2003

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maike Boerdam (Elisabeth), Johan Samuelsson (u/s Der Tod), Alex Melcher (Lucheni), Christian A. Müller (u/s Kaiser Franz Joseph), Sabine Maria Reiß (Sophie), Martin Pasching (Kronprinz Rudolf)

NOTES: VLC struggled, but it plays great in MPC-BE. A well-shot video with some generation loss but great sound!

Elisabeth - Vienna, Austria - December 12, 2003

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maya Hakvoort (Elisabeth), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Serkan Kaya (Luigi Lucheni), André Bauer (Franz Joseph), Lukas Perman (Kronprinz Rudolf), Else Ludwig (Sophie), Dennis Kozeluh (Max in Bayern)

NOTES: In which Maté invents his own staging on the fly, and Lukas and the rest of the cast kind of just have to go along. As one does with the Lord of Death when he sings like Maté.

Elisabeth – Vienna, Austria - 2003-2004 (Highlights) VOB (with smalls)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maya Hakvoort (Elisabeth), Rob Fowler (Der Tod), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Serkan Kaya (Lucheni), Jesper Tyden, Andre Bauer

NOTES: Highlights from two shows: the end (Mayerling Kiss onwards) with Rob as Der Tod, and miscellaneous highlights with Maté

Elisabeth - Stuttgart Airport Promo Concert (Germany) - 2003/2004

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Rob Fowler, Nadine Hammer

NOTES: Promo for the Vienna production, in the Stuttgart Airport. For…reasons? Beautiful but brief—just Der letzte Tanz, Ich gehör nur mir, and Wenn ich tanzen will, but it’s a steady shot with fantastic close-ups and terrific video quality

Elisabeth - Vienna (Revival) - December 20, 2004

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maya Hakvoort (Elisabeth), Steven Seale (Der Tod), Serkan Kaya (Lucheni), Fritz Schmid, Andre Bauer

NOTES: Shot from the stalls/orchestra at an angle, so you can sort of see inside the far stage wings, which is very cool. EXCELLENT video quality; this is a NICE camera.

Elisabeth - Vienna, Austria - 2005 (plus making-of documentary) (Proshot's master)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maya Hakvoort (Elisabeth), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Serkan Kaya (Luigi Lucheni), André Bauer (Franz Joseph), Else Ludwig (Sophie), Fritz Schmid (Rudolf)

NOT MY NOTES: Multi-camera, pro-shot. Includes a behind-the-scenes documentary of the filming of Elisabeth.

Elisabeth – Vienna Revival, Austria – January 3, 2005

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Maya Hakvoort (Elisabeth), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Björn Breckheimer (u/s Luigi Lucheni), André Bauer (Franz Joseph), Else Ludwig (Sophie), Fritz Schmid (Kronprinz Rudolf)

NOTES: Fantastic quality video! Shot from a pretty steep side angle (house right), but MORE than markes up for it with amazing, crystal-clear close-ups. And a different Lucheni from the official DVD release!

Elisabeth - Takarazuka Moon Troupe (Japan) - 2005 (DVD release) - English subtitles

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Jun Sena (Elisabeth), Nao Ayaki (Der Tod), Hiromu Kiriya (Luigi Lucheni), Midori Hatsukaze (Franz Joseph), Yuhi Ozora (Kronprinz Rudolf), Anri Mimi (Sophie), Misao Hoshihara (Max in Bayern), Oto Ayana (Rudolf als Kind), Yura Natsukawa (Herzogin Ludovika), Eri Yoshizuki (Frau Wolf)

NOTES: The Zukabeth video with English subs! Hardcoded, though

Elisabeth - Takarazuka Moon Troupe (Japan) - 2005 (DVD release) - Japanese subtitles

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Jun Sena (Elisabeth), Nao Ayaki (Der Tod), Hiromu Kiriya (Luigi Lucheni), Midori Hatsukaze (Franz Joseph), Yuhi Ozora (Kronprinz Rudolf), Anri Mimi (Sophie), Misao Hoshihara (Max in Bayern), Oto Ayana (Rudolf als Kind), Yura Natsukawa (Herzogin Ludovika), Eri Yoshizuki (Frau Wolf)

NOTES: A second version of the 2005 Takarazuka Elisabeth cast (Moon Troupe), but this one has soft Japanese subs...plus the full curtain call/revue and some extras from the DVD!

Elisabeth - Tokyo, Japan (Toho) - September 30, 2005

VOB (with smalls) - LT, 2:1

CAST: Maki Ichiro (Elisabeth), Masaaki Uchino (Tod), Masahiro Takashima (Lucheni), Soma Suzuki (Franz Joseph), Yoshio Inoue (Rudolf), Jun Hatsukaze (Sophie), Kunio Murai (Max), Hitomi Harukaze (Ludovika), Hiromi Ito (Frau Wolf)

NOT MY NOTES: Uchino and Inoue's last. Some unimportant head obstruction. Good sound. Amazing video quality and close-ups. Trades as limited, 2:1.

Elisabeth - China (local production) - 2006 (Pro-shot's master)

AVI

CAST: Bernadett Vágó (Elisabeth), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Tamás Száraz (Luigi Lucheni), Ádám Bálint (Franz Joseph), Dávid Szabó (Kronprinz Rudolf), Veronika Nádasi (Sophie)

NOT MY NOTES: “Includes AVI version in folder. Single cam proshot. Very clear audio. Stunning visuals. Watch it for Glitter Tod.”

Elisabeth – Takarazuka Snow Troupe, Tokyo, Japan – 2007 (Pro-shot’s master)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Shirahane Yuri (Elisabeth), Mizu Natsuki (Der Tod), Otozuki Kei (Lucheni), Ayabuki Mao (Franz Joseph)

NOTES: Takarazuka. Snow Troupe. Proshot. Mizu Natsuki pushes the aggression---this role was made for her.

Elisabeth - Osaka, Japan (in German) - April 9, 2007

VOB (with smalls) - 4.80GB

CAST: Ruth Kraus (Elisabeth), Máté Kamarás (Der Tod), Bruno Grassini (Luigi Lucheni), Markus Pol (Franz Joseph), Lukas Perman (Kronprinz Rudolf), Christa Wettstein (Sophie), Dennis Kozeluh (Max in Bayern), Maike Switzer (Herzogin Ludovika), Maike Switzer (Frau Wolf)

NOT MY NOTES: Based on 2003 Vienna production. This is commonly known as Sep 4 but is probably Apr 9 as the tour was not in Osaka then.

Elisabeth - Japan (Toho) - 2008

MP4 - 3.83gb

CAST: Hikaru Asami (Elisabeth), Yuichiro Yamaguchi (der Tod)

NOTES: NOT the common blurry video!

Elisabeth - Berlin, Germany - May 4, 2008

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Pia Douwes (Elisabeth), Uwe Kröger (Der Tod), Thomas Hohler, Markus Pol, Oliver Arno, Christa Wettstein

NOTES: An exceptionally well-done proshot, recorded for the cast. The mother in "Jedem gibt er das Seine" gives a Luke Skywalker-worthy NOOOOOOOO.

Elisabeth – Cologne, Germany – November 6, 2011

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Annemieke van Dam (Elisabeth), Oliver Arno (cover Der Tod), Kurosch Abbasi (Lucheni), Mathias Edenborn (Franz Joseph), Martin Market (u/s Rudolf), Betty Vermeulen (Sophie), Dennis Kozeluh (Max), Elissa Huber (Ludovika/Frau Wolf), Yannick Mezhoud (Rudolf als Kind)

NOTES: Incredibly well-filmed—steady, little to no washout, no obstructions, and great close-ups!

Elisabeth - Essen, Germany - March 4, 2012

VOB (no smalls)

CAST: Alice Macura (Elisabeth), Mark Seibert (Der Tod), Kurosch Abbasi (Luigi Lucheni), Mathias Edenborn (Franz-Joseph), Oliver Arno (Rudolf), Betty Vermeulen (Sophie), Dennis Kozeluh (Max), Angela Hunkeler (Ludovika/Frau Wolf), Jonathan Späth (Young Rudolf)

NOTES: Closing night in Essen!

Elisabeth - St. Petersburg, Russia - May 12, 2012

MP4 (SD) - 908mb

CAST: Sasha Kou, Alexandra “Yuki” Mikhaylovskaya, Tatiana “Mizu” Mikhaylovskaya, Ksenia “Yamida” Emelyanova, Ulia Sorokina, Ekaterina “Kari-te” Starodubceva, Irina “Lestat” Kuzmina, Ulyana “Shinigami” Zaikhina, Evgenia “Lea” Kasyanova, Anna “Vinsent” Vinogradova

NOT MY NOTES: Some washout. Sound is OK but the backing overpowers the singing vocals. An unlicensed Russian edition of the Takarazuka staging.

Elisabeth – Seoul, South Korea – 2013 (Pro-shot’s master)

MP4 (SD) - I think original/only circulating

CAST: Ok Joo Hyun (Elisabeth), Park Hyo Shin (Der Tod), Lee Ji Hoon (Luigi Lucheni)

DOUBLE-LAYER NOT MY NOTES: Proshot! “2.70 GB, 540p. According to the trader I got this from: "QUITE RARE! Complete pro-shot of Park Hyo Shin as Der Tod. Great close-ups."”

MY ADDITION: An excellent-quality video with OJH as Elisabeth, too!

Elisabeth - 20th Anniversary Vienna Revival - June 8-9, 2013

VOB (with smalls)

Elisabeth – 20th Anniversary Vienna Revival, Austria – October 18, 2013

VOB (no smalls)

CAST: Annemieke van Dam (Elisabeth), Oliver Arno (Der Tod), Kurosch Abbasi (Luigi Lucheni), Franziskus Hartenstein (Franz Joseph), Lukas Perman (Kronprinz Rudolf), Bettina Bogdany (Sophie), Christian Peter Hauser (Max in Bayern), Caroline Sommer (u/s Herzogin Ludovika)

NOT MY NOTES: Probably the best video of Annemieke and Oliver quality-wise & includes my favourite "Der Schleier Felt" from them.

Elisabeth – Takarazuka Flower Troupe (Japan) - September 14, 2014 (Pro-shot’s master)

MP4 (HD)

CAST: Asumi Rio, Ranno Hana, Hokushou Kairi, Nozomi Fuuto, Yuzuka Rei

NOTES: Pro-shot of the 2014 Takarazuka Flower Troupe’s Elisabeth! This is for those of you who don’t want the 40-file, 40GB version. Power to the download bandwidth peasantry!

CAST: Roberta Valentini (Elisabeth), Mark Seibert (Der Tod), Michael Souschek (alt Luigi Lucheni), Maximilian Mann (Franz Joseph), Fredrik Andersson (alt Kronprinz Rudolf), Angelika Wedekind (Sophie), Dennis Kozeluh (Max in Bayern), Paul Elias Marxer (Rudolf als Kind), Caroline Sommer (Herzogin Ludovika)

FILE NOTES: Comes with both high-def MTS and two-disc VOBs! Trades as limited, 2:1 ratio

MASTER’S NOTES: Full show in amazing quality. I had to film around one annoying head of the woman in front of me, but did as good as possible. Otherwise no obstructions and clear picture and sound. Some short black-outs in the beginning due to latecomers (as always). A

MY NOTES: This video is FANTASTIC. If lanelle’s Wicked video is “The Video,” this is Elisabeth’s “The Video.” Rock-steady filming, perfect full/medium/close choices, just stunning."

Sometimes labeled March 7, 2015.

Elisabeth - Seoul, South Korea - August 2, 2015

MTS (10gb) - LT, 2:1

Elisabeth – Tokyo, Japan (Toho) - 2016 (White Cast) (Pro-shot's master)

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Mari Hanafusa (Elisabeth), Yu Shirota (Der Tod), Ikusaburo Yamazaki (Luigi Lucheni), Takanori Sato (Kasier Franz Joseph), Yuta Furakawa (Kronprinz Rudolf), Mayo Suzukaze (Sophie), Michihiro Otani (Max in Bayern), Yuki Mirai (Ludovika/Frau Wolf)

Elisabeth - Takarazuka Cosmos Troupe (Japan) (main cast) - 2016 (Pro-shot’s master)

MP4 - 1280x720

CAST: Rion Misaki (Elisabeth), Asaka Manato (Der Tod), Hikaru Aizuki (Luigi Lucheni), Makaze Suzuho (Franz Joseph), Minato Sakuragi (Kronprinz Rudolf), Chitose Junya (Sophie)

NOTES: Cosmos Troupe’s 2016 production. Not the shinjin koen cast! Asaka Manato is a brilliant Der Tod and...uh...this is one of the hottest Die Schatten werden länger I've seen...

Elisabeth – Tokyo, Japan (Toho) – July 2016 (Black Cast) (Pro-shot's master)

VOB (no smalls)

CAST: Mari Hanafusa (Elisabeth), Yoshio Inoue (Der Tod), Songha (Luigi Lucheni), Mario Tashiro (Kaiser Franz Joseph), Yuta Furukawa (Kronprinz Rudolf), Tatsuki Kohju (Sophie), Michihiro Otani (Max in Bayern), Yuki Mirai (Ludovika/Frau Wolf)

Elisabeth – Takarazuka Revue, Tokyo Theatre, Japan (shinjin koen performance!) – September 29, 2016

TS (HD) VLT, 3:1 (keep ratio)

CAST: Madoka Hoshikaze (Elisabeth), Hikaru Rukaze (Tod), Sora Kazuki (Lucheni), Makise Rui (Frank Joseph), Chiaki Takato (Rudolf), Mari Setohana (Sophie), Seri Homare (Max), Shigure Risaki (Ludovika), Maia Hanaki (Frau Wolf), Sakura Koko (Little Rudolf)

NOT MY NOTES: Takarazuka Sky Stage TVRip, HD picture. Shinjin koen performance!

NOTES: Shinjin koen shows feature younger, rising stars from the troupe! There are only two shinjin koen performances per show, so this is a big deal, a cool video, and a very very good sign for the future.

Elisabeth - Chuhun Drama Club, China (local production) - 2017 (Pro-shot's master)

MP4

CAST: Unknown

NOTES: Local Chinese production staged by the Chuhun Drama Club!

Elisabeth - Apeldoorn Concert, Netherlands - June 15, 2017

VOB (with smalls)

CAST: Pia Douwes (Elisabeth), Stanley Burleson (Der Tod), Wim van den Driessche (Luigi Lucheni), Jeroen Phaff (Franz Joseph), Addo Kruizinga (Kronprinz Rudolf), Doris Baaten (Sophie)

NOTES: In Dutch. An outdoor (staged at a manor estate/quasi-castle) performance of Elisabeth. Sort of a concert, but basically a version of the show staged in just a narrow strip of stage at the front--people still dance, block, etc. A VERY cool show and necessary video for funs. Some people trade this as 3:1. I don't, which is a great argument for requesting it from me!

Elisabeth - St. Petersburg, Russia - September 30, 2018 (Pro-shot's master)

AVI

CAST: Maria Kavadeyeva (Elisabeth), Elena Sivkova (Tod), Viktor Tabishev (Lucheni), Alexey Semyonov (Franz Joseph), Aslan Tikuyev (Rudolf), Tatyana Vodneva (Sophie), Svetlana Petrushenko (Ludovika), Elizaveta Umetskaya (Frau Wolf)

NOTES: A very small-scale, semi-replica production of Elisabeth. Sisi and Der Tod are both played by women! (The rest of the cast seems to be mixed gender.)
